How to hear the currents again

You do not need to acquire this sense. You only need to remember it. You must clear away the noise so you can hear the subtle music that has always been playing.

  • Seek Silence: Spend time alone, away from the noise of other people and machines. Go into nature. Walk barefoot on the earth. In the quiet, your own signal becomes clearer.

  • Listen to Your Vessel: When you have a decision to make, or you meet someone new, pause. Before you think, feel. Place a hand on your heart or your gut. Ask it: "Does this feel like expansion, or contraction? Lightness, or heaviness?" Trust the first feeling, before the mind has time to argue.

  • Practice Discernment: When you get an intuitive "hit," acknowledge it. You do not have to act on it, but simply notice it. Write it down. "I have a strange feeling about this person," or "I feel like I should not go out tonight." Over time, as you watch events unfold, you will learn to recognize the specific texture and flavor of your own truth.
